The room was great and the hotel was close to a lot of attractions, I was there for a concert and it was a great location in proximity to SoFi Stadium. Only downside is the hotel does not offer parking to their guests, you have to pay for that.

Good hotel

Many parts of the hotel I visited were under renovation, but the hospitality staff did a great job keeping everything clean and contractors kept everything neat. Front desk staff was professional and accommodating. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel and only stayed 2 nights, but overall I would say it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Best in and out for LAX!

Hotel was newly renovated and very clean! Also conveniently located (2 blocks from Fox rental) with a free shuttle. The only thing I will note is that there was lots of noise from the road below, which is very busy 24/7. I’d totally stay again but request an even numbered room.

The stay was nice. Easy check in. Friendly service. Room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had was the breakfast. So it was was rice Krispies and Frosted Flakes, oranges and apples that were not ripe, green bananas, water bottles and milk cartons. It’s a very nice hotel overall. I just expected more with the breakfast.

Air travel from Atlanta was delayed. Called and informed desk attendant, Frances, that we will arrive after 1 am because of the delay. She informed that she will leave a note for the late staff of the late arrival notice. Upon arrival, we were told there was no accommodations, even with confirmation from hotel. Very disappointing after a long day of travel. Had to sit in hotel lobby and try to book accommodations elsewhere.

It was a very busy weekend and only 2 people checking in. Long line. The male was rude. We arrived at 4:30 and told us that our room was not ready. Check in its at 3 pm and my room was not ready when I had a reservation. There were people who had no reservation and given rooms. In SF and many other HG hotels, Handicap parking is waved but not in this hotel. So I had to pay $55 per night. The hotel is old, elevators are old and sketchy. No complementary breakfast or grab and go, or even a coffee. This is the 2nd time there and it feels that bc people are just passing by before taking a flight, there is no need by the owners do not put any $ back into the hotel, and the staff could be more competent, friendly or helpful.

Room was in excellent condition. By booking with Hotel dot com I thought I was paying a total amount of $165.00 a night. When I received my bill my total was $269.59. I pay extra fees for the following: LA Workers Protection $12.00 RM Occupancy Tax $23.10 Rm State Tax $3.30 RM CA Tourism Fee $.33 Guest Parking Fee $55.00 Guest Parking Tax $5.50 Misc Sales Tax $5.36 I don’t think I will ever book near the LA airport again or with Hotels dot com.

Great stay, slow shuttle, slow checkin

Pros: free airport shuttle, free breakfast, room spacious, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, room had a microwave and mini fridge. Room and bathroom was clean, and the AC worked well. Staff was kind and professional, and handled problems really gracefully. Con’s: breakfast was very basic (banana, apple, yogurt, cereal, milk, and a packaged danish). They must have been understaffed because there was a long check-in line and it took maybe 30 mins of standing in line to get up to the desk. They accidentally gave me a room that was occupied, and that took an additional 15 mins to sort out. Staff was very professional and helpful with that. The airport shuttles don’t have a set schedule, but leave every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. It was confusing finding the shuttle pickup at the airport (it moved since the last time I was there) and the first shuttle blew past without stopping. The 2nd shuttle stopped, I approached it, then his backup siren turned on so I took a step back, and he almost left me behind. I had to approach the door when safe for him to figure out I was trying to get on. LAX has lots of traffic, so in the morning hours, expect it to take 25 mins to arrive at the higher terminals 6-8 from the hotel. Overall a really good stay for the price. I really liked the room.
