The pool area was cold. The gym was hot and some equipment was broken. My room had a broken hide-a-bed, but the staff promptly replaced the piece of furniture. The 4th floor ice maker was out of order. Some areas of the building is showing it's age but the property is clean and comfortable.

Super busy weekend, need more staff to help at front desk. Called the front desk a couple times, the said they would bring pillows and blanket up. After 30 mins, I walked down to the lobby for extra bedding. 10:30pm at night. Pool water was on the colder side, hot tub is alright, old. The hotel gym is awful. Super old treadmills. 3 sets of dumbbells is all. No machines. The hotel room was good, hotel breakfast was probably the best part.
