For the price, it wasn't terrible, and the staff were great, but it has some really bad qualities. Would I stay there again? Probably. But... First, the room itself was clean, and HUGE, but very dated. The bathroom was tiny, with zero counter space. You could sit on the toilet, wash your legs in the shower and brush your teeth all at the same time. The room we were in (102) is in a terrible location, along with every other room in that hallway... BOTH ends of the hallway can only be accessed by stairs, meaning if you want to bring a cart full of luggage to your room, YOU CAN'T. Thankfully, ours was right at the top of the steps, so we parked it at the bottom and carried our things up. Our room was handicap sized, but no one in a wheelchair is getting to that room. There is a homeless problem in the area (they were hanging out on the parking lot benches during the day), so the door at our end of the building was locked past a certain time, meaning we had to walk to the other end of the building to get out in the morning. I didn't see a pool at all, but there is a random barber shop IN the building right down from our room. The elevator on our end of the building was broken the entire time we were there, and had a sign that said it would be fixed "tomorrow" and blamed a guest for breaking it. The ice machine is not in a convenient location, 2 very long hallways, a lobby and a set of stairs later The lot itself was safe enough, but the parking spaces are tiny.
