Good value for money and great customer service. The hotel staff were very friendly. I would have given this hotel a better rating if it weren’t for the lack of sound insulation and the loud guests. I could barely get any sleep at night, as the guests in the café area (two floors down) were very loud—shouting, laughing, and having a good time.

The room was nice. Staff was good. There was no housekeeping if you didn't leave the key and when you did there was things that were not completely restocked. They took our dirty towels but then didn't leave any clean ones. If you stay with more than one person and they take the key the person who stays could possibly be locked in the room with no way to open the door.

I stayed one night with a family of 5. They have large rooms for families which is quite convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The toilet needed some maintenance, but everything was working and clean. WiFi was not stable. If you are looking for a short stay with limited budget it is a decent place.

Auf dem Fussbodennim Zimmer lag Papier. Der Heizkörper war heiss und liess sich nicht abstellen. Bei offenem Fenster konnte man wegen des Strassenlärms nicht schlafen. Am Morgen gegen 5:30 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Es war auch kein Hinweisschild aufgestellt. Da die Eingangstür mit einer Kette verriegelt war, musste ich mein Taxi wieder abbestellen.
