Room shower dispensers were empty & 1 washcloth in room. We stayed 2 nites & were out of room all day but it wasn't tidied up on our return. TV wouldn't turn off or change channels. Front ofc cashier had a negative attitude, slightly snoddy. Cigarette butt on floor of hallway & lingering smell of unusual odor. Our key wouldn't allow us access Saturday nite after long day & evening at an event. We had to trouble the 'not so nice front-ofc gal'. She was talking to us behind the wall upon our approach to the counter. Explained that key card wouldn't work. She scolded us for carrying it in our wallet. I'll book at another motel next time. Customer Service and safety should be a top priority for this establishment.

Room is spacious, upper level people & ppl checking in too noisy coming down the hall. speeders driving around speed bump, hallway carpeting dirty & spotted. No continental breakfast offered for costly rooms. Very little contact with desk person other than 'yes' and 'no'. Was ok just to sleep & shower.

The short one day stay was bad. We got our truck broken into and a red wagon we thought was secured was not. The amount we paid guess it doesn’t include security. Looked like people lived there with me fixing vehicles. Our vehicle was not secured. That was too bad our grand daughter wagon she grew into is gone.

The rooms were clean, the hallway stunk of cigarettes, weed and urine. Pretty sure there is several people who are living out of this place, not the type of place you want to stay with ypue family. We won't be staying here again

Asked for late checkout and was told yes. Came back to the hotel to find out staff went into my room and without permission went through my family’s belongings. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn’t have one on duty. I will never stay there again

Our check in was okay. I had read reviews initially and they were good so I booked this hotel. It was a good location for what we wanted. Just before arriving I looked at the reviews again. One said that there was dog poop all over. I only saw one pile in the rocks but there was definitely a dog poop smell. Another review mentioned seeing a drug deal happening. That could very well be. However, after getting to our room we left again for a bit and saw a family out for a walk. The dad did seem to have his head on a swivel but they were out for a walk??? There was another review that said there was not hot water for a shower, so I checked for hot water that evening. There was hot water, and yet the next morning no hot water. We had VERY COLD showers. There was no blow dryer in the room. I requested one and they brought it. When I went to use it, it didn’t work. They did bring another one. The staff was very nice, cleanliness wasn’t horrible in the room. There was a strong odor of some sort of cleaner; maybe covering up something??, The property definitely needs some attention. Carpets in hallways were old and dirty, but the room had hard surface floor so I think that was a good thing. We won’t be staying here again.
