It’s as bad as always. Nothing works there, not even the TV. I always stay here bed of the distance to my workplace. This place is horrible and they don’t even answer their phones because they know it’s one of the people that lodged there calling for them to fix something. Horrible!!!

Not as advertised. “Family suite” was 3 beds and a couch in one medium sized room. Beds were hard, pillows were lumpy, and cleanliness was questionable. More of a motel than hotel.

The bathroom is horrible with the sink blocked. This is not supposed to be a handicap bathroom at all cos there’s water all over the floor during showers. The sink is blocked and the property didn’t even do anything when I talked to them about it. Breakfast is only carbohydrates, no protein of any kind. Just horrible customer service.

We found bed bug and didn’t get a refund whatsoever, we got a new room but there were stains and hair on the bed

So i want to just say that its ridiculous that on the first night of my 4 night stay we told them about the bed bugs. I got a whole bunch of bites on the first night. They refused to move us and just gave us extra bed sheets. Those sheets did not fit the bed. The bed had holes in it with little mites and roaches coming out of the holes. I just cannot believe we were not treated with dignity and respect. It ridiculous 😒 not coming back and im getting a full refund from my bank. FYI!

The stay was great. The place was quiet and the staff was helpful. Only complaint is that the room’s tv never got loud. The breakfast could use a little more variety as well. They only had waffles and cereal

The room smelled really bad, after upon inspection, the room had Black Mold, human body stains on the bed comforter. The closet door was very dirty, as well as the front door. I was moved to another room and upon inspection of that room, more Black Mold, i move the bed spread back and found open comdoms packages under the mattress. The micro refrigerator wasn't cleaned out, food was left inside of it.

Two of the 4 lights dis not work the place smelled like bug spray there was bugs in the hall a guy outside cutting hair a lady on something talking to her self and the toilet in the room was linking on the bathroom floor everytime u fluff the toilet it was so bad the guy at the counter didn't want to give me my money back i will never stay with them again no pictures as i just left as soon as i could

Think twice before staying here...price may be good but thats where it stops. I even read a lot of the reviews before renting this room and didnt see much for concern. The place in general is run down and in desperate need of fixing/remodeling/cleaning. Check in was basic, the room reaked of cigarettes (and we chose a non-smoking room). The door didnt latch properly and the only way to keep someone from just busting on in was to use the fold-over latch. Will never stay here again and will definitely re-think staying at ANY LaQuinta after this experience. Surely does not reflect well on the name brand. Do youself a favor and find someplace else!

Mold on ceiling in room,hair in bathtub, stains on sheets and pillows had to go buy covers and pillows from store because we weren’t comfortable sleeping on the linen.it was affordable but I Will not stay here again. I’ll spend the extra money for better accommodations.
