Lave vaisselle en panne depuis longtemps (non mentionné) et dégageant une odeur tenace de moisi, pas assez de vaisselle pour se faire à manger ou alors dans un état délabré (poeles), il a fallu reconstruire les lattes du lit de la chambre près de l'entrée, douche qui marche assez mal et surtout, LIVEBOX HS, pas de connexion internet !!! on a appelé plusieurs fois ils ont promis d'envoyer quelqu'un qui n'est jamais venu, ils ont voulu qu'on achète 4 forfaits à 80 euros qui nous seraient soi-disant remboursés après le séjour...on a du aller tous les matins à l'hotel pour pouvoir se connecter avec l'ordi et travailler un minimum...l'annonce est mensongère sur ce point et il faut savoir que si vous avez un problème, vous appelez l'irlande mais il n'y a personne qui vient sur place !! tant pis pour vous !! et aucune compensation financière après le séjour pour tous les appels passés à nos frais. Le seul point positif : l'emplacement proche du métro et le calme du quartier.

Varmvattenberedaren strulade och blandaren i duschen/badkaret gav antingen frysande kallt vatten eller kokande varmt vatten. Avloppet i badrumshandfatet kluckade i ungefär 30-60 minuter efter att man senast använt handfatet. Det var smutsigt på golvet. Övriga ytor var väl rengjorda. Sängkläder var rena. Väldigt bra läge och förbindelser med subway och buss. Trevligt område.

L'endroit est ideal,on a passé un tres bon séjour, on a juste eu la petite table basse du living qui etait cassée, quelques spots qui ne fonctionnaient pas, mais sinon tres bon sejour en famille...

Styr for all del unna dette stedet! Booket gjennom hotels.com, men det viser seg at det er et annet selskap som håndterer bestillingen. Inngangsdøra har en gammel lås som fungerer svært dårlig, brukte rundt 20 min. på å få opp låsen hver gang vi skulle inn. Dusjen var ødelagt, det gikk ikke an å stille på varmen, slik at alt vann som kom ut var brennhett. Vi fikk ikke dusjet under hele oppholdet. Betalte inn et depositum på forhånd, som forsåvidt er vanlig - og meldte fra til kontaktselskapet om mangler ved dør og dusj, noe som resulterte i at vi fikk en epost der de skrev at de beholdt depositumet for å betale en handyman som skulle fikse døra(!!!) (som vi aldri så snurten til så lenge vi var der). I det hele tatt helt absurd at vi skulle måtte betale for mangler i leiligheten. Har aldri vært ute for verre service, og useriøst selskap i mitt liv. Gjentatte forsøk på å få svar og klage på at de bare tok depositumet er resultatløst. Airsorted som er selskapet som håndterer bestillingen etter du har booket hos hotels.com - tjener tydeligvis sine penger på å lure folk. Generelt har leiligheten råteskader som ikke fremgår av bildene, den ligger ned i en kjeller hvor det er rått og fuktig. Badet er iskaldt og alle vinduer sikkert minst 70år gamle, syltynne og det nærmest blåser inn.

Localização. Próximo ao metrô, aos museus e ao Hyde Park. O fato de ser um apartamento abaixo do nível da rua não foi o problema. Mas durante os 9 dias em que nos hospedamos descemos com carrinho de bebê, uma idosa de 78 anos, um obeso com joelho operado e uma disabled por uma escada andaime (scaffolding), não nos foi avisado que a escada oficial estaria sendo reconstruída. O local onde o material da obra estava largado não tinha porta e acumulava moscas. A lava-louças que estava quebrada expelia um odor horroroso. Havia blocos de poeira espalhados pela sala. Somente metade das luzes da cozinha acendiam, não havia microondas apesar de ter nas fotos, os utensílios da cozinha estavam sujos e incompletos. O espaço disponível para o vaso sanitário é apertado e complicado para canhotos. Os sofás cama são desconfortáveis, sente-se a madeira da estrutura em suas costas além das divisões do assento, não existe black out pendurado e o único edredom para o segundo sofá-cama encontrava-se sujo dentro da dispensa. Havia restos de comida dentro dos armários com insetos dentro. A Host entrou no apartamento sem nos consultar e enquanto não estávamos presentes. A estrutura da cama do quarto possuía algo cortante que furou o dedo do meu filho. Existia no portão de entrada na rua uma notificação presa na grade dizendo que o acesso ao local não era seguro e oferecia riscos. Temos fotos e provas de todo o acima narrado.

There are rats and/or mice in the apartment. I found dirt on my bed which looks like it could have came from a rodent. This place is advertised as "1 Bedroom flat with terrace". It should be "1 bedroom flat with rats and construction". The terrace was completely out of order because of scaffolding everywhere (see my photos). This was not mentioned before booking and when I complained there was no recognition from the letting agent, nor from Hotels.com that this property breached advertising rules and therefore my legal rights. I called the letting agent and asked for a refund, they refused. I pursued this over and over but without success. I had to move out. The apartment is a basement apartment. The quality is very poor. The fridge is perched on blocks of wood. The outside door to the terrace is very flimsy. The shower wasn't working properly.

Rien a redire sur l'appartement et les services et la communication. Très bien placé, accès rapide du métro et au calme. le seul petit désagrément a été la petite terrasse extérieure que nous aurions aimé pouvoir utiliser en fin de journée en famille pour nous ressourcer et qui était inaccessible car en réfection peintures extérieures ... dommage ! nous aurions apprécié être prévenu en amont. Car surprise !

El establecimiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de lugares emblemáticos, es muy confortable, lo único que no me gustó es que no tenía demasiado menaje en la cocina, faltó una olla, no había ni una, solo un cazo pequeño.. por lo demás se ajusta a la descripción.
