The rooms were clean . The hotel’s location is ideal it has easy access to central Zurich. The Service received was great . The 2 guys who were at the reception whilst I was there were very helpful and friendly. Their names were Aman and Andreas.

The staff here were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They had maps to give out and made sure to give us directions. The hotel is also dog friendly which is great when travelling with a dog. The hotel rooms were very clean and the other facilities were too. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good room standard for this price in Zurich. The breakfast was the only negative thing with the stay as it was more or less just the bare minimum and not the greatest quality despite adding 80 EUR just for breakfast that was a mere 5 EUR value so felt a bit robbed on that item. If you stay at this hotel there is a VERY nice bakery (Kuhn bakery & gastro) across the street where you will find exactly what you want.
