The room was stunning. The innkeepers were so friendly. They had coffee ready early in the morning with wonderful community kitchen stocked. Loved it!!!

A fantastic place to stay.

What an amazing place. We had 2 nights at Beach Breeze at the end of our trip to the US and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish off our holiday. The room was beautiful , the outdoor areas perfect to sit out on the porch or at the back with the pool and fire pit. Walt and the team run the most welcoming service. I could go on … Don’t hesitate to book if you are looking to stay in the area , you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for a fantastic stay.

Guests were encouraged to enter the main kitchen in the inn for coffee or tea that was always available plus they served smores around the fire pit after dinner. There was a grill available along with The in room microwave plus a toaster oven if you didn’t want to drive to to town. One block away from the beach and shops and restaurants not much further. We shall return when we can stay longer

Room, bed and shower all very good. Hotel is nicely situated very near to the coast. A nice touch laid on by the owners is that they light the firepit next to the swimming pool in the evening and provide marshmallows for toasting....a nice way to get into conversation with fellow guests. What lets this hotel down is that they offer no breakfast at all. Having to start each day by having to go out searching for somewhere to eat is a real downer

The Beach Breeze was a wonderful place to experience our first trip to the Cape. It was very clean and pleasant, great front porch to sit on and the staff were super friendly. You can’t really see the ocean from the front porch as it appears you should from the photos, but we could see it easily from our room on the third floor. The nightly s’mores were a big hit with the kids. Falmouth is easy to walk to and a really nice little town to explore, several good restaurants and east bike rental place we used to explore more of the area, including Woods Hole. We took the ferry to Martha’s Vinyard one day and it was fine but we like Falmouth better. We will look to stay at the Beach Breeze again on our next visit to the Cape, which is hopefully very soon!

Windows need updating, rattled during the night due to wind exposure. As beautiful as their sounds are, birds woke me up around 4am. Very close and noisy in proximity. You can also hear presence of other visitors and their footsteps. Bed comfortable, coffee and tea along with assorted milk or non dairy creamers available in the common kitchen. Very convenient. It’s a short drive to nearby restaurants, but would be quite a walk. Cycling doable.
