The rooms are clean and well appointed. Has a nice kitchen area with dishes and utensils. The only hit is some noise from the elevator. Over all a decent place to stay in Lisbon

Overall no major complaints. Wanted to give 3.5 as better than 3 stars but not a 4! The owner was very quick with responses and helped with luggage storage as we arrived early. The room was pretty good as well with housekeeping done on day 3. Our concers were: 1. The bedsheets and pillow covers could have been cleaners (without some staines), although they were washed. 2. The AC was inconsistent throughout the night. As we spend most of our time roaming around, it was perfect for us for the price we paid.

You get what you pay for. Not a clean place. Human hair everywhere inn the room. A estrutura é muito legal, você tem seu quarto e pode escolher o banheiro privativo ou compartilhado. Fiquei um dia no compartilhado (estava razoavelmente limpo, mas sugiro limpar o box de banho com cândida), tem sujeira demais acumulada. No mais os quartos são espaçosos, a cozinha tem uma estrutura boa, caso precise tomar café ou preparar algo rápido. A localização é perfeita e tem excelentes opções de restaurantes, mercado e metro perto. Sugiro melhorar limpeza do banheiro e também verificar o colchão e roupas de cama.

The room was dirty - there were stains on the carpet and on the bed covers. The curtains were falling off the rails. The kitchen and work space were communal for the whole floor - so not in our suite as described. We contacted the booking agent as we did not even stay one night (but paid for 6 nights). They were unwilling to give us any more of a refund than 50% for 2 of the 6 nights. Worst experience ever - not using hotels.com again as they were no help in the situation. Will revert to booking directly with the hotels or using airbnb.com

Bed sheet had ugly stains. Bathrooms were filthy. There was no receptionist or anyone to help with these problems. You could contact staff by message, but they ignored you. They provide stained towels, but the water is turned off for the showers. I had to wash n the sink. The place is dirty and badly managed.

Dans l'ensemble le sejour c'est bien passé. La propreté et l'état des meubles et des salles de bain sont moyens. Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver des punaises de lit... nous avons ete vite pris en chanrge et nous avons eu une autre chambre.

In general a comfortable place

In general this is great for a couple of days of stay. The rooms are big with A/C, work table, cupboards, fridge etc. The beds are generally comfortable. The owner/Manager is quick to respond to any of your needs. It has a large kitchen of ever you want to cook or heat your food with all you need. On the downside there were bedbugs in one of the rooms, but the manager was quick enough to find us another room with was excellent. The stay is just 10 meters away from a metro station entrance ! But the area is call and good with a supermarket, 24 pharmacy, restaurent etc in the vicinity.
