We checked in very late at night, and to the staff’s credit, the check-in process was quick and we received our room without delay.
However, the next day when we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned at all — there were no new towels, no toiletries, and no amenities. Only after we complained at the front desk were towels brought to us.
The following day, the “cleaning” consisted only of making the bed and changing the towels. The coffee cups were not washed, and the soap dispensers were not refilled.
In addition, we were charged $10 for parking, even though Hotels.com clearly stated that the charge applies only to covered parking, which was not the case.
Overall, the stay did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level, particularly regarding cleanliness, service, and transparency about parking fees.
