The desk clerk charged my card before I even got to the property at 9 p.m. Then when checking in - after reserving a non-smoking king room - tried to put us in a smoking room and then charged us extra for the non-smoking room. (My phone was dead so I couldn't check my confirmation email). In the room, the toilet would flush (as in the water did run in the toilet), but nothing would actually flush. The bed was very uncomfortable as well - hard, could feel the springs under you, and the springs squeaked a lot.

Staff tried to force their way in when we only stayed for one night while we were trying to get ready showering and changing! Luckily we had the door dead bolted but she still tried to open it until we yelled and then she tried to offer us towels…it was 8:30 am. Check out is at 11. Why would they do that?? Completely inappropriate and our child is with us.

We stayed for 4 nights they never cleaned room emptied trash refilled tv or swept floors. It was the worst stay thank God we stayed gone most of time. We had handicap room and the tubs are so slippery we both almost fell.
