O hotel é um antigo Ibis. Mas esta muito datado. Moveis estao super velhos, desgastados. Pintura manchada, cheia de remendos. Banheiro inteiro mofado, portas todas estufadas descascando. A recepcao toda triste tudo caindo aos pedacos. Entendo que continuaram com o padrao Ibis, mas mesmo o Ibis ja mudou, obviamente pelo tempo de projeto. O Hotel aparentemente esta com a mesma estrutura ha mais de 10 anos, sem qq reforma. Precisa de uma reforma geral. So deixam uma toalha no banheiro que nao seca. OS unicos pontos positivos foram que a cama estava razoavelmente boa e a ducha tambem. Mas so isso, ate o corredor esta detonado, carpete imundo, voce sai do quarto apos o por do sol e tem que caminhar em total escuro tateando porque so tem um sensor la no elevador. Enfim, muita muita coisa a ser revista.

Bom hotel

Hotel que anteriormente foi um Ibis e manteve praticamente toda a estrutura dos hotéis desta rede. Fica muito bem localizado, bem próximo ao aeroporto a às principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Tem recepção 24h e café da manhã com uma ótima variedade. O quarto não é muito grande, mas é bem confortável. Me chamou a atenção que mesmo fazendo um calor de acima de 30 graus, o quarto não ficava quente, nem precisei ligar o ar condicionado.

Ar condicionado só fazia barulho, não gelava nada, goteira bem em cima do vaso sanitário vindo pela lâmpada, camas na verdade de solteiro unidas por uma espécie de colcha, além de serem tao moles que acabaram com minha coluna, internet lenta e tão ruim que nem na própria smart TV do quarto funcionava, espero não precisar mais voltar

bon hotel ,nous y revenons toujours avec plaisir. personnel charmant et à l' écoute .Nous avons commandé un taxi à 2 h du matin . Le taxi était là . le veilleur de nuit a fait son boulot . La dernière fois j avais déploré que le bar ne serve pas de bières Brésilienne . C est chose faite . On reviendra en Décembre . Resto correct .

Bom dia! A propriedade está bem localiza, em uma região central. O hotel ainda conserva as instalações do Íbis, Rede Accor. Os funcionários da recepção, com pouca flexibilidade. No checkin solicitei um apartamento em andar alto, 5. ou 6. andares e me foi negado. Graças a boa vontade do recepcionista TIAGO, conseguí trocar de apartamento e desfazer a primeira má impressão. São de funcionários assim que os hotéis precisam, porque muitas vezes chegamos cansados da viagem e a primeira impressão pode determinar a satisfação ou não em relação ao atendimento do hotel.
