Booked the room 2 months in advance and pre-paid, when we arrived, they did not have a room for us! Said that they were sold out and that there was nothing they could do. We travels 3 hours for my son and daughter-in- law’s baby shower. Booked this hotel because of the full kitchen. I needed to prepare food for the shower. They have my credit card number on file and had my confirmation as well.

The stay was horrible they tried to force my family to stay and pay more days than was originally stated, paid for 1 day but management was trying to get me to pay seven not goid, then they put us in a toom infested with bed bugs, and some stink bugs all over the room, aldo it was cokd the heat didn't work, the front staff had attitudes and didn't act like they wanted my family to stay they also put us out on the street and didn't care that the weather was cold and windy, bad management especially employees Jakiya and Diamond at the front may Gid have mercy on them for the way they treat people.

The room is very nice. My only problem is since i been here my internet does not work at all. Which is very very disappointing. Also my first night i stayed i arrived from another state a 3am. Now i had already pre paid for 2 nights. The lady at the front desk threatened to cancel my reservation and charge me a second time for the 2 nights i already pre paid for. I thought this was some scam stuff. I never had a hotel try to charge me twice for my reservation!!!!! This made me very upset. So she was very rude. The other ladies during the day were very nice and warm and welcoming tho. Also i thought the pool would be open but its not. And its okay i know you guys are renovating. The breakfast is delicious.

This hotel was extremely dated. Stains in the carpet. Wallpaper peeling. Cabinets broken. The window in 202 literally fell in when the door closed. Hot water stayed hot for about 7 minutes, the best thing about this location is the staff, everyone was super friendly & professional.
