We spent two nights here during our first ever visit to New Orleans. The hotel was very well situated, within easy walking distance to Borboun and Royal Street but just that right amount of distance away from all the hustle and bustle. We also felt safe walking to and from the hotel at all hours. We especially enjoyed the convenient and (for the area) inexpensive parking for our rental car. Cute courtyard, good air condition, comfortable bed, clean shower and stable WiFi were other bonuses. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family in a heartbeat.

On the outer edge of the French Quarter but equal distance to Frenchman street as Jackson square. The place is average condition for the bargain hotel in New Orleans. It could be better but I was okay with it drywall debris in AC unit made our AC act up, loose shower handles, bathroom door doesn't lock, room door is hard to close-so much so I came back to the room to find the cleaner had left it open! Overall, I felt safe, the staff is great, breakfast is good but management/owners just need to put some time into maintenance.
