We drove about 3 hours to get here. Check in, go to room. Attempt to turn tv on, not working. Call front desk. He come to room, can't get it to work. Calls his maintenance man,still not working. He said he was going to contact his manager. He said, "we're just going to have to be without tv till the following day?! I said no! This is the most basic thing a guest should have,a working tv!? He kept saying they dont have any more rooms, but then said they do have more rooms? Wife looked up availability and there was 5 rooms available? We had a room with two queen beds and then said he can give us a room with one queen bed?? I said sure, as long as U give us a refund between the difference of room with 2 beds, & a room with one bed. He said he cant do that? I was like, um, ya U can! He said, "I can refund U Ur money & U can stay somewhere else!" Its the weekend, we're tired, & refunding the money is one thing, but receiving my money back into my bank account is another thing! Rude, careless, & inconsiderate! So after I spent 30minutes-1 hour I figured out how to get the cable on and the volume on the tv working! We had to keep getting up to turn the tv on/off, the volume up and down our entire stay! We got a call from who I assume is a manager, she said she never got a call from the front desk? There was human hair in our beds & shower! The tv issue never addressed!
