Came into the hotel. There was construction going on or remodeling. Wall paper was pealing but other parts seemed new. Carpet was clean and new in the hallway. Had some nice stone that was being placed on the walls next to the elevator. Most construction looked undone and seemed to be getting done by owners. Maybe not professionally. When we got into the room it was big with decent space. Vinyl oak color flooring, mismatch furniture, smaller tv ( had many cable channels ). After doing a bed check we realized the beds sheets pillow cases and comforter had stains on them. All others items were dates but room over all had plenty of space.
Tile in the bathroom was dark to dirt in the grout. Had pumps for shampoo, soap, and lotion. Water pressure was good and planets of hot water. A/C unit worked well. Had an iron and board.
After telling front desk (who I assume to be the owner) about the stains they immediately replaced the sheets and comforters with brand new ones. Fresh out of the package. Also they checked several times how we were doing and if we needed anything.
Overall the hotel was dated. Old red roof inn, but the rooms were large and the customer service was good
Breakfast was a cheep very limited continental breakfast. The coffee was instant and not fresh brewed.
