Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :(

Great place to stay with family. Only complaint would be is the dresser in the bedroom was broken. Didn’t affect our stay but felt it was a bit unprofessional. Only other thing I didn’t like was the amount of fee/extras you pay once there that are not part of your booking . The resort fee is night and the parking fee is horrendous.

They do not have handicap rooms. You have to pay for parking at the hotel. And then parking at Disneyland. Swimming pool were very small. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. So no mixing things up. Half of the drink machine were broken. The breakfast staff had some nice people. It was also a pain to run the elevator. You had to use your key card right when the doors were closing other wise it didn’t work.

The hotel was extremely packed which is to be expected on a holiday weekend but there was workers and security all over the hotel and all they worried about was if people had wrist bands and not bringing in outside food or drinks into the pool area. The pool and jacuzzi was over crowded and there were so many kids that were unattended and without their parents or an adult kids were spilling their drinks in the hot tub and many kids were picking on other younger kids because there parents were in their rooms there should have been staff outside monitoring these areas inside there were kids running throughout the entry way and down hallways keeping people up at night I even heard adults coming out of rooms to tell them to stop at breakfast there was no kind of order with food and drinks left and spilled everywhere and at checkout we went downstairs to get a luggage cart and I asked a lady working downstairs if there were anymore and she was very rude with saying “if there aren’t any outside I guess we don’t have any and walked off

It was okay

Mixed reviews about this hotel. Staff was not always friendly. The vibe felt “off” being close to Disneyland. Room was good but our shower drain clogged and we had maintenance in and out of our room for two hours while we were trying to get ready to go to the parks. Charged us to check in early and check out late, which I thought was steep and should’ve been comped with the whole drain issue. However, Pool was warm. It was Close to restaurants and Starbucks. The suite room layout and kitchen we got was perfect for our family of 4.

Unpleasant

To begin with, I was extremely upset by the pricing discrepancies. I was originally quoted a total of $575 for both nights and was told there were no hidden fees — that the quoted price was final. However, the day before check-in, I was suddenly informed of additional charges including resort fees, parking fees, Anaheim fees, and destination fees. These unexpected charges brought my total to $702, which is significantly more than what was originally agreed upon. In addition, the check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out time of 11:00 AM severely limited our ability to use the resort amenities. With the pool only open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, guests arriving at 4:00 PM essentially miss an entire day of access. After traveling, most families are not ready to swim immediately. Then, with check-out the next morning, we only had about an hour to enjoy the amenities — which most people use for breakfast and packing. Realistically, we only had one usable day at the resort, which makes the “resort” fee especially frustrating. To make matters worse, I had an uncomfortable and humiliating interaction with a staff member on Saturday morning. After accidentally throwing away my pool key during breakfast, I asked a staff member (gay man with reddish long hair) for help. He rolled his eyes, repeated my state repeated my statement back to me sarcastically — “You threw away your pool key card with breakfast?” — and acted as if I was being unreasonable. HUMLIATING
