Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :(

Great hotel for families! Not close enough to Disneyland to walk (unless you're up for 30 mins) but we would just take a Lyft there and back and it was quick (about 6-8 mins depending on traffic) and decently priced (usually about $7-10 each way before tip). Rooms were really clean, comfortable and dark, and the suite was great to have because we stored snacks, drinks and ice packs in the fridge. Loved having two showers! Really helped us all get ready quickly. Also fun we could see the Disneyland fireworks from our window on the one night we weren't there! The pools were super fun and a highlight for my kids. There is a big pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and 2 separated waterslides. Tons of places to sit - we never had trouble finding anywhere and we stayed during spring break. It's often shady in most spots throughout the main part of the day but it was hot out so I didn't mind! They play a movie by the warm kiddie pool at 8 pm and have fires at the tables at night which is also fun. They have a bar and restaurant where you can get food/drinks - they won't let you take any outside food in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. We're not early risers so we usually got there about 1/2 an hour before they closed. It was quite busy for our last 2 days and on one day they actually ran out of a bunch of stuff 15 mins before close and they didn't replace it which was a bit disappointing. It never really changes but there is a ton of selection

A great property for families. Fantastic pool and slides, lots of comfortable seating and a poolside bar/restaurant. We booked a suite so had lots of room. Beds are comfortable and morning hours offer a great hot breakfast with lots of options! Just steps outside the front entrance is a Starbucks and several other fast food, casual restaurants. Anaheim Garden Walk with stores and restaurants is also close by. This property was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland.

The location to Disneyland is a little further down. But you’re not having to deal with all the crowds walking around while trying to get to your hotel. You will need to use the shuttle. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, beds are comfy. Security is good. You must use your room card to be able to use the elevator and you can only go to your floor. Your room key doesn’t allow you access to other floors) The breakfast they serve is just okay. There are plenty of restaurants to go eat at across the parking lot to the hotel. (Habit Burger, Starbucks, Ono Hawaiian Bbq, Yogurtland, and two others).

We had a quiet and it was very nice - room darkening shades, comfortable beds, etc. The water park isn’t what I expected. My 5 year old great granddaughter got bored within minutes of the water shooting up from the ground leaving only the pool or hot tub to entertain her. Disappointing. The shuttle service to Disneyland is a bus service owned by the City and will be discontinued March 31st. We wanted to go back to Disneyland in the evening and waited to get the 7:30 bus (they run every 30 minutes on the hour). Waited until 8 and no bus came so I sent my granddaughter and her daughter to walk and I stayed at the hotel, missing out. There needs to be better transportation between the hotel and Disneyland.

The main water line broke and we didn’t have water in our room for almost 2 days. They did tell us that they would refund us for the night we didn’t have water but we opted to stay another night for free. So first and foremost when we got there they informed us the water was off so my question was how long will it be off and how long had it been off we were informed since the day before so why didn’t anyone reach out and call us to let us know so we could of booked another hotel in a timely manner. Then we are asking questions and the hostess it was a female she was rude and seemed to didn’t want to help us. Then they told us our room was not available so how we book and the room is not available so confused so they said they could upgrade us she we said can we see what the room looks like and we did and we agreed to the upgrade but what we didn’t check was the bathroom. So we got my disabled mother upstairs and in the room then we went to Disney then she calls us to inform us the water is back on but there is no hot water and the sink was broken so we had to cut our Disney night short to handle this so we went to the front desk and there was a nice young lady working And she immediately said we can switch your rooms so she did. We switched room it was late and we were tired we went to bed and woke up the next day to discover the shower head was broken and it hit my 4 year old daughter on the head my daughter was crying and so scared to even use the bathroom and get in the shower so we ended up checking out early and going elsewhere because it was the worst hotel experience. The shower water kept going from hot to cold and it hitting my daughter in the head was unacceptable

The water was shut off for >24hrs. Management did not tell us, our toilets just stopped flushing. No real communication from staff. When at the front desk I got 4 different answers on refunding status and when the water will return so we could determine if we should book somewhere else. I understand it wasnt their fault the water was shut off- perhaps a more standard approach to communicating to guests? Hotels.com was amazing in getting us a refund for the days we stayed without running water.
