Staff at the front desk and concierge were very friendly! We booked a king lagoon view and were given a suite!!! We were so surprised and excited. Was a great way to start off our vacation! We appreciated the free airport shuttle as well as the cruise shuttle we purchased. The only drawback was that there was a dirty washcloth on the floor when we first entered our room. Other than that our stay was great!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel! The room was spacious, everything was new, and the decoration was great. The location was close to the airport and in a very nice, safe area with lots of restaurants around. The hotel is right by a lagoon, which was a bonus – the view was beautiful! Another great thing is that the hotel accepts online shopping deliveries. The gentleman who handled the packages was super kind and attentive – everything I ordered arrived safely and was delivered without any issues.

The lady that did check in was extremely rude & not helpful at . The man at the desk was friendly & helpful . The concierge person was also rude , he said just come back later we actually waited for her to go away & went back to register

Not the experience I expected on my wedding day I stayed here to get ready for my wedding and expected a better experience. They didn’t have a table for my makeup artist, the minibar couldn’t be used, and the staff at the front desk were not very kind when I asked for help. There were also small things missing, like tissues and trash liners. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

The room as generally nice and spacious. But I was on the 11th floor and to get hot water in the shower it was about an 8-10 minute wait. Also, the room was next to the elevators which had terrible squeaking when the doors opened and closed. I asked the maintenance person to address it after they had to come to the room to investigate the hot water issue.
