During our stay, one of the towels in our room was not clean and had a strong odor, which I unfortunately only discovered after showering and using it. The garage entrance is also extremely narrow, requiring side mirrors to be folded when entering and exiting. After checkout, when retrieving our vehicle, my wife briefly stepped forward to help fold the mirrors (which automatically unfolded when the engine started). The parking attendant repeatedly shouted “No! No! Out! Out!” at her, even after she had already stopped and was trying to explain what she was doing. I understand there may be safety or liability policies regarding access to the garage, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive and left us with a negative impression at the end of our stay.
