Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional.

Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum.

Rafo Otel’de 1 gece kaldım; ama vaktim olsaydı kesinlikle birkaç gece daha uzatırdım. Her şey mükemmeldi. Odalarda her şey düşünülmüş ve her köşesi çok temiz. Hele kahvaltısı..olağanüstü lezzetliydi her şey. Bulunduğu sokak da çok sessiz. Nezaketi, sohbeti ve kahve ikramı için resepsiyondaki hanımefendiye(adını hatırlayamadım:/) ve muhteşem kahvaltı için Atilla Bey’e çok teşekkürler. Bundan sonraki Erzurum seyahatlerimde kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğim.

En çok dikkat ettiğim nokta bazı otellerde odanın içinin havasız olması. Genelde bu tarz odalarda halı fleks olmakta ve odanın içinde havada tozlar uçuşmakta bunlar beni etkilemekteydi bu nedenle uyuyamıyordum. Burda yerler parke ve oda içi temiz olduğundan ev konforunda uyuyabildim. Çalışanlar ilgili ortam sıcak ve güzel
