The hotel room is very nice. The mattress was very comfortable. I do wish they had a microwave. As well as maybe provide a menu in the room for the restaurant. They are renovating so understand. Also I did have to use my hotspot for Internet . Their WiFi was not working up in the 3rd floor.

There was construction throughout the night (hard to sleep), and we couldn’t get so much as a bottled water. It was awful and I’m really upset with Hotels.com for not mentioning the construction. Had I booked through the hotel I could’ve gotten a discount 🙄

Hotel is under renovation construction so there was construction noise of course between the hours of 7am and 5pm. It will be wonderful when everything is finished. We like to stay there because the staff is friendly and the convenience of the location.

I was as I was checking in Saturday at 2:50pm 2/14 , I witness staff being very rude, an elderly couple, the couple as I witnessed was complaining about the room, not having hot water, and staff was being very rude to them which I was very sad of the situation. Would I recommend this hotel again? Know what I come back to it no, it was very sad.

Not clean. It was under construction so I’ll try to give them a break. The women at the desk were short with us and seemed annoyed. My son had a rash on his legs the next day. We aren’t sure if it was bed bugs or not. I don’t recommend this location.
