Unfortunately there was a few tiles missing from the roof which let in pigeons, at around 4.30am on both morning of my stay they started to coo and run around above the ceiling making quite a racket...reported the issue to the hotel who said that they were getting someone out that day to sort the issue, food was good.

The room looked like it was recently decorated but there is deeper things that need attention. We were on the first floor of the stables , everytime you walked on it there was a loud creaking noise, felt sorry for the people below. The same was on the stairs & hallway, so loud it sounded like they were in the room. The furniture in the room is definitely in need of renewing along with the bed. The place looks impressive on the internet but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Cold room. Radiator in bathroom not working,controls broken and in terrible condition the one in the bedroom only Luke warm , valves ceased up and broken. The staircase banister was covered with plastic Christmas decorations making it impossible to use as a support, especially the elderly. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend or should be on Hotels.com. After many years of using you this has been far the worst experience.
