Great staff and breakfast

I'm happy I selected Filadelfia. It's very convenient to the Pinheiros market and Faria Lima Station. The staff were very attentive, and my room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Just be aware that the building has no elevator so it's not good for anyone in a wheelchair. The only improvement I'd make is to add a mirror in the bathroom. It's difficult to shave without a mirror.

Bom quarto, camas confortáveis, ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários prestativos e muito atenciosos. Falta um frigobar nos quartos, e o banheiro do quarto 207 necessita reforma. Havia bolor em algumas junções dos azulejos do chuveiro e o vaso sanitário entupiu várias vezes. Gostaria de deixar claro, que assim que foi possível, mudamos de quarto e tudo ficou ótimo. Ficarei no Hotel Filadélfia quando voltar à São Paulo. Tive uma boa experiência.

O estacionamento é bom, os funcionários colocam o carro caso precise, café da manhã é bom, só o suco ser artificial (pó) me desagradou,como não tomo café, fico sem opção. Apartamento no terceiro andar sem elevador. Sem frigobar no apartamento, apesar de constar da descrição. Ambiente do entorno horrível, com inumeros prostíbulos e bares de baixo nivel, com aspecto que inspiram receio sobre segurança. Custo beneficio, mesmo sendo Sao Paulo, muito ruim.
