believe I can’t have a reasonable expectation that my room will be bug free and clean That the police won’t be outside the parking lot and that there won’t be homeless people around the front doors. I understand that there’s a 24 hour cancellation policy, but I believe there should be some exceptions when these kinds of issues are present We did drive by the hotel on two separate times after arriving in Coleman, Alabama to find these problems persisted. There were homeless people loitering about the parking lot and personally saw the police there on two separate occasions as we drove by this hotel. This is not a safe place to stay

You get more than you pay for with this property as far as cleanliness goes. Very "no frills", hasn't been updated in quite a while, and not exactly the "safest area" but there has never been a problem on the property any of the times I have stayed. Friendly staff

Upon check in there's no internet, and no cable. Had to wait a while for the desk clerk to verify I had pre paid for my room as she had no internet to verify even tho I showed her email confirming I had paid through Expedia. She called someone and we waited for a call back so check took 45 mins. Get to the room and didn't have tv all night.

Staff very unprofessional. Every staff member o came in contact with was rude and unprofessional. The night auditor was sleeping on the job. Took 30 min to get him to come to window to check us in. And then complained about it being management. We were a few minutes passed 9, attendant for breakfast walked in and very rudely told us we needed to leave. Rooms were not clean. Toilet seat was barely attached and would slide out from under us when we sat on it. The tub was not clean. There was dirty fingerprints on switches and blow dryers.

Lady at the check in was rude to my husband when checking us in. I was sick in the car so he took my ID in and his and was talked to rudely after he told her I couldn't come in because I was sick to check us in since it was in my name. I have been here several times and never had an issue until now.

Food on recliner chair not cleaned. Floor tile dirtied my feet black in bathroom area after showering. Linens and towels stained. Patchwork repairs abundant in office and room. I would have preferred a reduced rate over what they offered as breakfast. Outdoor ashtray at front office door was on fire when I checked out. I alerted staff member who dismissed me without speaking to me.
