Wonderful breakfast offered with many options. Room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel is near many stores and restaurants as well as conveient to I95 and I395. We stay here whenever we are in the area and it has never dissapointed us. Use Google maps to find it in an area with many flyover ramps.

We just came to the area for a concert and needed a one night stay. Prices were really high in DC, but the Best Western Springfield was well priced, with great reviews, and a full breakfast included. I especially liked the platter of hot sauces for the eggs and potatoes, and they have a fantastic coffee machine. I chose a double longdraw espresso. I've never stopped in the mixing bowl area, and i really liked the neighborhood. Lots of international dining options. The area was safe. Though it wasn't pool season, the pool looked nice. I'd definitely stay there again!

The hotel room was good. There was some left over soap from the previous visitor. The vending machines were sad. Less than 1/4 full. The continental breakfast was nice. I thought the virtual assistant was an AI. Turns out it was a real person. It would have been nice if that was explained.

Over all the stay was okay. There was a group of school kids staying there and someone thought it would be funny to pull the fire alarm at 11pm. We were woken up from a deep sleep and had to stand outside in the cold while police and firefighters cleared the building

Felt like a motel, not a best western offering

Good Break fast was great Bad Room had a bunch of hair on one of the beds. It was really small. Felt like a motel, not like a best western offering. The sink was clogged. The most annoying of all - There was this load creepy alarm going off every now and then. We were told this was because people were using the wrong door to enter after hours and so the alarm. But this was really annoying. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was nice.

Newly renovated, bright and cheerful hotel! Was a very pleasant place to arrive at and stay with. Hotel is near a lot of restaurants, stores, and a mall. Just where we wanted to be. 🙂

Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities like fridge, free wifi, free parking, outdoor pool. We had a couple of problems. Late at night, the smoke detector's batteries ran low. When we tried to let the front desk know, the telephone wasn't working. Neither was the hair dryer, on the same circuit. All were repaired the next day.

Price was not cheap, but quality is low.

The AC smells mold when turn on. Please replace the air filter every 3 months according to schedule. My first night's room was facing the interstate hwy and it was very noisy, also the bed is uncomfortably recess in the middle section. I asked to change room on 2nd day and it was better, at lease the highway noise is gone.
