This is an older hotel that needs some love. The staff were excellent but the hotel is a little run down. They also had bugs in the shower area.

The room was extremely small, especially for 4 people. The beds did not seem like queen size. The bathroom was a tight squeeze. The breakfast options were very limited, even when they first opened. It was not worth the price.

Hotel is 2 story and has no elevator, not mentioned in the advertisement. Microwave in room was broken.

This is our favorite place to stay when we come through Elgin. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the continental breakfast was fully stocked and delicious. Gotta love those Texas Waffles ☺️Will be back next time.

This hotel is due for an upgrade! The staff was very nice. My problem with my stay at any Quality Inn is that you only have 1 handicapped room…ugh. All rooms in you hotels should have bars in the bathrooms and tubs so folks can get around easier. You can not tell me that you only have one handicapped person check into your hotels. These rooms are especially not accessible for those in wheelchairs.
In my book as with most of your Quailty Inns
You have failed miserably!

Staff was very friendly. There is no elevator so that was unexpected. I called to make sure I could have my pet and was told it was a $35 fee, which I was ok with. However upon check in I was told it was $45 and a $150 deposit for my pet! I knew it wasn’t the clerks fault and I didn’t really have any other choice but to pay it. Upon check out the room was checked and I received my deposit back. The property needs to make their pet charges more clear and known to customers. I would have chosen another property to stay had I known this and the fact there was no elevator. Otherwise the room was ok.
