I'm pretty used to like Holiday Inn suites but this room was also prob $100 less. Issues:
Elevator was disgusting with dried fluids on walls.
Rooms have plastic plank flooring.
Sink didn't drain in bathroom.
There were two usable outlets in the room, one of which we had to move the bed to get to. The outlets barley had enough tension to hold the plug in the wall.
It was deffinately good enough to check in at 1am and out at 9am like we did and for $90 bucks, it was hard to argue.

Safety hazard, rude staff, stinky property!!!!
First of all the lady at the front desk on the night shift was rude and tried to make us remove our service dog from the property. The outlets in our room had such low power flow that we were unable to keep a charge on our cellular devices. The hallway stunk of feces and rotten sewage. Late at night we started to feel water droplets falling on us. The ceiling had a large amount of water leaking through it. The carpet was soaked and there were electronics (tv, air conditioner,ECT) right underneath the leak. We complained to front desk about this safety hazard and were told there was nothing they could do. Also refused to switch our room for us. No refund???? Ridiculous! I could see if we were at fault for wanting to cancel but to be forced to pay for a death trap is crazy. I work hard for my money and I don't appreciate the fact that I basically threw my money away last night. It will be a long time before I use hotels.com again and it will be never that I stay at Key Inn!!!

Give it a chance!
A week before our stay I called about getting a rollaway, and was told that I have to ask the day of. The day of comes, and I can call about how late check in is and ask about a rollaway and am told they’ve never had those. So we were short one space for a kiddo to sleep but the front desk gal was super nice and moved us to a bit bigger room, and extra blankets to let her set up a sleeping pad on the floor. The breakfast offerings were meh at best but it could be seen as better than nothing. It was kind of dirty and unfurnished in there-a little decorating and better wipe downs would make a huge difference. I was impressed with the overall air of modern touches and updates in a building that seems a bit older. The price was great, I got it cheaper than walk-in. If I only needed just sleeping accommodations again I would consider this hotel again!

Dissatisfied
The breakfast was not as advertised, in the picture they showed hot plate options at least including a waffle maker. When we attempted breakfast there was barely anything left for grain options and the dredges of a gallon of milk for doing bowls of cereal. Ended up leaving the property to find breakfast as there was no refill service being offered and anytime a request was made at the desk it was responded with we will let them know. Not sure who they were letting me know but action was not taken by the staff when requests were made. The beds were comfortable enough the room left a lot to be desired the refrigerator appeared to not be working then was found to be unplugged and then when was plugged in froze everything in the fridge. The bathroom had cigarette stains in the bathtub like somebody to use the bathroom as a smoking Lounge at some point even though it's a smoke-free Hotel. The biggest discernment was the fact that there was no working ice machine on the entire property and it was a known issue at checkout that was not disclosed. A little bit of frustration with the cleaning staff locking the elevator up during the breakfast. As well so that they could get their cards under the correct floors allowing no one to use the elevator to get to the breakfast area from upper floors.
