Looks can be deceiving but the rooms were lovely and clean. Couple of things missing would have enhanced the experience. No plug in kitchen sick so couldn’t wash dishes. No teabags or milk provided for cuppa also 5 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Would have liked instructions on how to use heater/aircon

The rooms general appearance was quite ok but after settling in and taking a seat at the table. I found my seat was wet plus the floor was also the carpet was wet due to leaking air conditioning. No bath mat. Plus a hole in the wall plaster between the between the beds. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the property is in very poor condition and requires renovation. Location to city centre was ideal.

Whilst the unit was neat and tidy, the plates, glasses and cutlery were a mismatch of various styles. The TV could only be turned off by switching the power off which was located behind the wall mount.

Looks can be deceiving from the outside, but the room itself was clean and adequate for our stay. The staff were super lovely and check-in was easy. I'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

We required self check in and send a message. It was received and prepared. Sadly there was no Informationen about this for us. Message Not answere. Phone was not answered at all. A frequent hotel guest helped us to finally receive self check in Information so we could get in a prepaid room after one hour waiting...

No kitchen good TV. Key to door top of back steps does not work had to walk around to front to get in. Drop box to leave key needs work had to force key through the small slot. Stayed here before but not up to standard of before.

The rooms were lovely. They've been renovated, the bathroom is particularly nice. It was disappointing then that there was no soap (that I could see). I can do without the shampoo and conditioner, but I do expect some sort of soap or body wash at a motel. There was barely enough handsoap, enough for a couple of handwashes. The grounds are awful. Weeds all along the driveway and out front and a dilapidated sign. It's just as well the rooms were nice, I was expecting the worst.

Arrived late but were given instructions to access our room key. The room was quite spacious and equipped with jug, toaster, microwave oven, plates and cutlery. There was no shower gel/soap so had to use the hand wash. Beds were comfy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a lot of maintenance needed. The toilet seat is unattached, the bathroom light does not work, there was no washing up detergent or sponge or tea towel so we could not do the dishes. There is very little in the way of amenities, no soap for the shower, the spa bath was not working. The wifi instructions on the wall inside the front door including wifi address and password are not for that unit, you have to guess that they are on the back of the key ring.The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired there are overgrown weeds all along the driveway and front entrance the paint on the buildings is peeling badly, if we had not booked online I would not have gone in after seeing the outside. The cleaners seem to be doing a good job as the room was clean.

The building is old & is in need of a facelift/repair. You'd never book here if you were to go by the look of the building. It looks uninhabitable! My room was upstairs & inside to my surprise it was quite modern. My room was clean & comfy. Bathroom was small. It was close to everything I needed. It was very quiet for a Saturday night. I heard nothing so there sound proofing is great. Would I stay here again? Probably.
