The hotel is in great location and the staff are really helpful and accommodating. However, the hotel rooms need to be refurbished and cleaned properly. Our rooms balcony door was unlock-able, they did upgrade. The new room given there was dirt under the bed (crisps and all sorts found by a child playing).. the ceiling light looked like it was to going fall off… in the bathroom damp marks on the ceiling.. blackness around the sealant of shower tray. The rooms are advertised as soundproof but they are not.. we can hear the bins being collected middle of night 12-1am!! staff were great but hotel owners need spend money to upgrade the rooms. Definitely in a great location.

We were sent to another building, but the accomodation was clean, had great air conditioning and perfect for an easy stay. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and most other spots were just a short tram ride away from Karakoy Tram Station.
