Hello I'm already member of your site and I had my first booking. Unfortunately very bad experience. So I book the property in budva for 2 nights and I arrived in budva at 00 25 18th I wanted to check in and I start to call the owner his phone was off and couldn't contact him after that I contact u support but noone give me back call. So I played 190 € for nothing plus I booked other hotel for me cause I had to sleep somewhere . I spoke with 3 people from u team 1 manager and 2 supports and no one can help me they even didn't return me the call. I'll promise you I'll never book from u website and and I'll call my lawyer for this case once I'm back. Its reducules
