Went into the lobby no one was there except homeless sleeping in the lobby chairs and flies buzzing around. Immediately walked back out and did not stay there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE ZERO OPTIONS. YOUR CAR WOULD BE BETTER TO SLEEP IN.

Room wasn't clean or well maintained. No ice box. Ice machine on the floor we stayed on and an elevator was out of order. Didn't have any extra toilet paper and bath tub was dirty. Even though there was a holder in the bathroom, they're was no soap, hair conditioner or shampoo.

The bed was comfortable, the attendant forgot to charge me for parking and the balcony was cool, but those are about the only positive things about this location. Granted, it’s not in the best part of town, and it’s cheap but that shouldn’t make a difference in the things that were substandard. Low price and location shouldn’t mean less basic amenities. Since I was not able to check in early, I waited out by the pool. The pool was filthy and the pool surroundings were unkept and filthy. The entire hotel just seemed to be grimy and grungy, although the room itself wasn’t too bad. A couple of the outlets in the room did not work, there was only one towel, the shower curtain would not stay closed, so the floor kept getting wet. They use couch-sized pillows, instead of full-size pillows and then had no extra pillows available. There was no coffee, no coffee pot, no hairdryer and no hangers available in the closet area. There was only one chair at the table and the rolling chair that was at the desk was in really bad shape. All told, it served my purpose but it was not a pleasant experience.

No staff available to check us in at the time we were promised which resulted in 15+ people in lobby waiting to get checked in. Hotel is in awful conditions and smells like a casino.

Hotel is absolutely horrible. The pictures online are either super old or AI edited. Everything is falling apart. No AC or heating. 1/2 elevators work, but the one that did work expired in 2023.Homeless everywhere. If I wouldn't have been charged for cancellation, we wouldn't have stayed there. 0/10 recommemd.

The hotel is extremely ran down and not in the greatest part of town. Half the lights in the room did not work. It is extremely dirty. The lobby looks ran down. The vending machines don't work. The fire detector in my room looked like it was ripped out and it looked like there was some severe water damage in the restroom. I was literally there just to sleep for a few hours, but felt extremely unsafe. I think the only plus side was that because I was there for a short amount of hours, the clerk did not charge me the $100 deposit.

Room is dirty. AC didn’t work. It was 83 degrees inside the room. I asked the front desk if I could change the room. I was told that all the rooms are the same. I was told to leave the window open but it was very noisy outside. We Could not sleep all night.
