I chose Hampton Inn because I trusted the brand and thought wherever it is, it will be clean and comfortable. There was a used coffee packet on the floor, a hole in the wall, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, and the ac filters were pulled out of unit and laying on top of it. Should have stayed at the Comfort Inn next door.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve stayed at this hotel. It was nice then. It’s really has gone down hill. I will not ever stay there again. Even the desk clerk wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very happy that I booked though a third party as I am a Hilton honors member.
