The saving grace of the property was the young French lad who arrived in the morning. I don’t think it was even his day to work, but he came anyway. It is such a shame because the location was awesome. There’s so much potential here but the owner isn’t interested in bringing it up to standard. The room was okay, no bed bugs. But the rest of the place was dirty and woeful. They need to upgrade it to be worthy of customers.

We arrived at 3pm the stated booking in time no one at the hotel went back at 4pm and again at 6:30pm once again unable to get into the hotel rang phone numbers on door was informed they had nothing to do with the hotel

The hotel room that we stayed is terrible, it was a smoky room and I couldn’t able to sleep properly. The staff is good and helpful. They let us allow inside even it was late midnight.

Ett riktigt gammaldags hotell med modern incheckning. Rummet var stort och det fanns mikro i det gemensamma köket. Ingen frukost tillgÀnglig pÄ helgerna, men affÀrer pÄ andra sidan gatan. Bagaren kan ha stÀngt pÄ Söndag sÄ dÄ fÄr man handla pÄ kvÀllen före. Om parkeringen pÄ gatan framför hotellet Àr upptagen finns det ett stort torg bakom hotellet med gratis parkering. Det finns ingen reception, men meddelar man hotellet i god tid vilket klockslag man anlÀnder sÄ fÄr man kod och allt gÄr smÀrtfritt

Le séjour s est bien déroulé, cependant aucun accueil ni a l entrée ni a la sortie . J ai du appelé le numéro affiché sur la porte pour avoir mes codes. Les draps sont franchement pas super propre et tùche comme si mal nettoyer La baignoire paraßt pas propre car vétuste et les tùches sont incrusté . Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre pour trois, nous avons eu le propriĂ©taire de l'hĂŽtel au tĂ©lĂ©phone pour confirmer , il nous a rappelĂ© 3 fois pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r de la rĂ©servation...une fois sur place et malgrĂ© nos appels, une chambre double uniquement avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©servĂ©e, mais le propriĂ©taire trĂšs agrĂ©able nous a trouvĂ© une solution et sans supplĂ©ment. Nous avons eu donc deux chambres. La propretĂ© des chambres est a revoir, une bouteille vide retrouvĂ©e sous le lit, l'odeur de poussiĂšre, bref un hĂŽtel assez mĂ©diocre mais un propriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique qui essaye de nous trouver des solutions, nous avons mĂȘme eu le petit dej offert pour sexcuser du dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. Mais pour une nuit, ça passe...

A l’arrivĂ©e la personne me dit qu’elle en a pas et qu’en fait celui quI gĂšre les rĂ©servations ne lit pas les mails et n’y rĂ©pond pas. Il me prĂ©cise qu’il ne m’a jamais confirmĂ© ne pas en avoir et par consĂ©quent confirme ne pas avoir traitĂ© ma demande. Il s’engage Ă  me fair eu. Mail pour que je puisse annuler sans frais le lendemain mais n’a rien fait. Pas sĂ©rieux du tout. Je dĂ©conseille.
