I received keys to first room and door was open and bed looked kiked someone had been sleeping in it. And the swcond was stinky cigarette burns on the blankets and bed sheets didnt looked changed. Bathroom light wasnt working and door was falling apart.

Terrible. The hotel online pictures did match the current status of the building. We requested for a non smoking room. They have to move us 3x to find a room that does not smell cigarette smoke. The 3rd room was has the least smell but our neighbor was smoking outside and it goes in to our room. I was not able to sleep the entire night because of the smell. Pillows have stains and door is in terrible state too.

When plugging up the hairdryer, the lights in the room flickered on and off the entire time using it. The television had a terrible picture. ( fuzzy) It was very quiet though. Was fairly clean but absolutely no hand soap and only one hand towel. But it was a good price for what we got.

The room was Cheap, and Bug free which were the only positives of the room. Bed Sheets appeared cleaned, but were covered in small black particles. The headboard to one of the beds was literally falling off the wall it was attached to improperly. One of the towels were stained/soiled. And there was what I hope was mud on the bathroom floor. Bed was acceptable, but far from comfortable. The fridge froze everything we put in it. The main light was headache inducting in its blinking. We only used the bedside lamp for our stay after 30 seconds of the main lights lack of seizure warnings. As for the staff, I have no complaints of interactions with them, they were fine. Pleasant and Quick.

Trap house vibes. Bug and rodent traps under beds. Stains everywhere, dirty linens (found a used band aide stuck to the blanket). Never got clean towels. Pool was closed (50% of the reason we booked the hotel) the “playground” is literally the ground you can play on.

Fair conditiion for the price. Room was clean. Checkin was bad, key did'nt work, took 3 walks back and ford from rooms to front desk. Staffs were helpful though.

Hotel is in terrible condition. Had to change 2 rooms before settling on one that was just acceptable. First 2 rooms had moldy ceilings in the showers with a terrible stench. Cannot be healthy for anyone.

Sign says breakfast included with stay. There was no food not even the bare basics. Hotel is decorated and cared for at the correct price for the room. Looking for a cheap one night stay just to rest on long drive. No frills hotel.

The advertised wi-fi will not hold a connection. The bathroom has a cigarette stub on the floor, and there was a used washcloth draped over the shower head. There was no phone in the room. The free continental breakfast was a joke. There were two tubes of unlabeled cereal, an off brand large OJ container in the fridge, and a coffee maker. The floor was dirty and sticky in some places. There were stains on furniture, including the chair and a lamp. Overall, kind of gross. You get you what pay for. The only positive is the fact that there was Comcast service in the room. We had plenty of channels to choose from.

You get what you are paying for. The rooms are dirty smelly .Run down. We had to switch rooms cause the first room TV wasn't working and it smelled. The second room wasn't much better it had a hole in the ceiling. The pictures that are shown aren't the real rooms at all.

They need a complete makeover. I booked it because of the Wyndham brand, but now my family is scared to stay at another Days Inn. No charging points, only 2 towels for a family of 4, no breakfast, hair on bedsheets, and a broken shower head. The only pros were hot water and working AC.

When we first got there they put us upstairs which would have been ok if the walkway leading to the room slanted down. I had to tell my granddaughter to stay next to the wall. Then the room key wouldn't work. Had to go to the office twice and then they had to get maintenance to come open the door. Room was dirty and so worn out. Had the same problem with the key the next day so they moved us to another room downstairs. We were there for a week and the room key kept messing up and the maintenance man became our friend. In that week housekeeping came to our room one time to see if we needed anything. We had to keep going to the office to get toilet paper and towels and sheets. It was a bad experience and I won't stay there again. Believe me the room doesn't look anything like the picture. I wish I had taken some of my own pictures so I could show how bad it was.
