I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my recent two stays were the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The arrogant attitude displayed at the front desk seems to be a direct result of poor hotel management training. I requested towels and hotel supplies, but after several hours, no one came to fulfill the request. I also reported a malfunctioning fire alarm due to the constant sound, but again, no one responded. Every request I made from the room took hours to be addressed.
When I asked for a receipt, as Residence Inn in Sunnyvale always provides, I was told they do not issue receipts in Bellevue, and even received an unprofessional response. To make matters worse, I discovered that my personal items were missing from the room after I checked out two days later. When I inquired, I was told that everything had been disposed of. Is this how a franchise hotel operates?
I have traveled extensively around the world, and this is by far the worst service I have encountered. The management team should be replaced, as this hotel does not deserve its guests' respect.
