Check in was only available exactly at 4:00 pm, not a minute before so a few guests also waited for the time. Bedroom was okay, although mattresses were old and sinking in the middle. Bath tub was not super clean. Coffee is super simple which is fine but had to call the staff for restocking.

Run! Don't walk from this place! I cannot express it enough, to any of you considering staying at this dump! We checked in and out within 1 hour of being at this disgusting, rundown space for lack of what i really want to call this place. This building should be condemned and the owners charged with whatever charges would stick! and this was part of the Wyndham family! Shameful and a health hazard! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Bed and bathroom were filthy . Called to ask for clean sheets and towels someone came up and handed us one fitted sheet nothing else … fire alarm blasting at 645 am the morning after the concert we attended topped off this awful stay…

We had to park kind of far from our room. It was pricey for one night and the hotel wasn't very nice. It had holes in the walls and the grass was super high. The entire first floor smellled like marijuana when we were leaving. The shower was kind of moldy and it kept holding water in it and not draining. The one good thing i could say was the staff were super nice.

The hotel was not very clean. The staff was very rude especially the pool attendant. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and very stale. The parking lot was littered with trash and the trash cans were overflowing. The elevator broke down twice and there was only one working elevator. The pool was filled with trash including hair and bobby pins. The back door was left open instead of using a keycard to gain entry making it very unsafe.

Very unhappy. Property was in very bad shape. Curtains were broken and uncloseable. Wallpaper was ripped off the walls. Bathroom smelled, had black mold on the vent. The toilet paper holder was just barely attached and just hanging there. This place was ridiculous! Pool was locked. When we asked tonl use, we were told it closed at 7. The hottest was broken and unuseable.

Our rooms were not clean actually a health violation in the bathroom. Told a lady in the hall and she said she didnt clean that room like that should end it... We had something left on the sheets big stain and couldn't get a new set ton hange ourselves. Honestly I hope we don't get bedbegs.. I didn't see any but it was not a good experience. Is was filthy both rooms offered was dirty. They had clogged sinks/toilets. Black mold in the bathroom. Stains on covers and towels and lamp shades. Things looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned after each guest. When I went to ask for clean towels I was told there were no clean laundry on the property, was offered a dirty pool towel in replacement. I took pictures of everything. But every staff member I encountered was very kind that’s the only positive.

I am absolutely apalled at the service, the staff, and the sheer vibe i got from this place. I tried to get a room and they gave me the wrong card due to forgetting to change it so me and my family had to look around to see which room worked for the card and then we waited for a good couple minutes for the staff to come help. Then, there were no towels or toiletries placed in the room other than shampoo, conditioner, and one single soap bar. The staff were mostly rude and dismissive to my worries. The whole time i was trying to check into my room the staff were distracted, then the next person in line got a room extremely fast without any interurptions. Overall my stay was not organized well and was inconsiderate. I do not recommend this place.

Very disappointing for a Wyndham property. The place had a very pungent odor of cleaning solvent which was irritating to respiratory system. Front desk staff were pleasant. Rooms were not furnished with basic supplies ie; soap, shampoo, tissue, toilet paper. Ants in room. Coffee maker but no cups or coffee pods. Worse part was the pool was only open until 8pm and an EXTREMELY rude man guarding the door (and sleeping in his chair). No towels in the pool area. No ice makers in the building. Breakfast area filthy and a joke. Coffee was terrible. We trusted the Wyndham name for this stay and have lost all faith in this chain.

First room infested with ants and no toiletries. 2nd room dirty food on floor and toilet would not stop running. Supposed to be fixed when I got back, wasn’t. Third room dirty and tv remote didn’t work. Gym had floor boards coming up. Key never worked. Manager would not speak to me face to face had to email. Would not give me a rebate or even discount, when I asked for one he stopped communicating. One of my worst hotel stays in life. I will never go back or recommend. I will tel everyone how terrible this hotel is every chance I get.

The hotel had no rags we found a needle in one of the rooms there was ants all over one of my rooms it’s dark by the elevators the pool wasn’t open when we checked in at 4pm Friday it was terrible and it was my son 13th birthday it was a terrible stay I also have pictures of everything

The bathroom floor looked like it was leaking and it was dirty. In the shower the water was filling the tub like it was set on bath instead of shower. The bed had stains on it and the sheets also had stains. The smell in the hall was not good at all. This was a terrible place to be so I left within an hour an a half. I am not sure if I will get my money back but I had to leave and go to another hotel. They need to shut this place down and remodel Remodel REMODEL!!! This place was shameful. Next time I know cheater is NOT BETTER!!
