The hotel had no rags we found a needle in one of the rooms there was ants all over one of my rooms it’s dark by the elevators the pool wasn’t open when we checked in at 4pm Friday it was terrible and it was my son 13th birthday it was a terrible stay I also have pictures of everything

Checked in late at night and it was horrible Whole place is so filthy blood stains on bedding tv didnt work they didnt even have batteries to put in the remote wasnt offered another room or tv so we had to ck out and find another place to stay and the would not release a waiver to hotels.com where I booked to get any of my money back this place is a dump and unsafe alot of sketchy people was in and out not worth a dollar the pics on line and the reality r 2 dif planets dont waste ur time

When I got there, my room had no toilet paper and no remote control for the TV. Luckily, the front desk person was helpful. I was there for 4 nights. The heat was spotty (sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't). I woke up freezing two of the mornings.

Our room had no towels of any kind and when we asked for some they couldn't be provided. The whole hotel smelled very unpleasant pt and their breakfast (which you needed a wristband for) was grab n go. Definitely wont return.

Thought we were in a ghost town. Lights in the Galway next to the elevator out, all card key locks on the building out of service, only saw 1 person working in the building, grounds around building full of branches and leaves from last fall, breakfast area not maintained with minimal food to include very green bananas. Toilet plunger in bathroom with only 1 towel set for 2 guests. Will not be staying at Ramada again after this experience not to mention the pot smell in the hallway.

The room wasn’t clean they had to have someone clean it while we waited ,I spent 2 hours in the lobby waiting on a second room and one room had a live bed bug in the room (I have pictures and videos,The women staff behind the desk were rude and disrespectful this made my daughter birthday a horrible one she cried and cried the pool closed at 8p by the time they staff finished up with me in the lobby my daughter only had 45 minutes in the pool and then I was gone let her get in today but they told me since our check out day was today that she couldn’t get in so now she cried 2 days in a row and this was suppose to be a wonderful weekend for her birthday but it was a disaster
