The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The bathroom sink and floors were not clean and the bathtub drained very slow (water standing in the tub). We did not have enough towels. The staff did not have towels at the desk and when we received towels 3 hours later, we did not get any bath towels. Breakfast at 7:30am consisted of frozen (not cold) eggs and there was no waffle mix or milk. There was no staff in the kitchen, and the desk staff did not know anything about the breakfast area. There was no management staff on premises during our stay and we understood that the Motel Manager, Mr. Rypesh Patel, was not available until Tuesday (2/17/26). The swimming pool was outdoor with no notice in the motel booking advertisement regarding the pool being outdoor and closed. Overall we were terribly disappointed and we will not ever stay at this motel again. We question whether we will even stay at another Wyndam facility.
