Location, location. One of the best hotel in Nha Trang, right next to the night market and central of Nha Trang tourist attractions. Room spacious, clean, good service, good breakfast. Just don’t like the air conditioner, sometime not working in the middle of the night. Overall one of the best hotel.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the service was absolutely terrible as they forgot to clean our room and when asked why, they could not provide a reason. We requested toilet paper twice as they provide only 1 roll/day - the first time, they never came as we had to use alternative means, the second time, they didnt answer the front reception line so my husband had to go down to request it (finding the front desk attendant playing on his phone), they came an hr later....just terrible. The breakfast buffet wasnt great nor sub-par, unless you like bland, cold, and limited options - it was so bad, we ate out for breakfast. Upon checkout, they said that 2 sets of slipppers were missing, thus we had to go back to the room to find it - they were both in the room, just not in the cupboard where they were originally placed. They also wanted us to pay for a robe that was taken by housekeeping the day prior - as we were now running late for our flight out, they agreed to complete final checkout with a settlement of 200k dong, as they originally wanted 500k.

Günstiges gut gelegenes Hotel welches aber eine Auffrischung braucht. Zuerst das Positive: Grosses Zimmer und Bad, gutes Bett, motivierte und freundliche Mitarbeiter, guter Preis, gutes Frühstück welches immer aufgefüllt wird. Das weniger positive: Schmutzige alte Abfallbehälter, alte ausgenutzte Hausschuhe, Keine Kissenauswahl, Flecken auf Sofa, Fenster schliesste nicht. Generell braucht das Zimmer eine Auffrischung. Wir würden nicht mehr buchen, es gibt bessere Optionen für den Preis und wir würden Art Nest Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns für die freundliche und professionelle Bedienung
