This is a WONDERFUL hotel. The staff is so kind, helpful and attentive. It is very clean There is not a lot in the area BUT the restaurants are delicious. There is a rooftop restaurant that is really good and has nice views for Nepal. The bathrooms could be improved because they flood when you shower and become a fall hazard but other than that 5 stars!

Front desk evening shift staff: all equally well formed and genuinly caring. Anjan Pani is always happy to assist, with ease, friendliness and attentiveness. Breakfast buffet- fabulous, with western and oriental dishes, fresh, fragrant and delish! Staff and manager- welcoming and caring. All of them made my stay feel at home. Will be back when in KTM!

My room was quiet in spite of the very busy area (is anywhere in Kathmandu not very busy?). The staff were so accommodating and kind and I enjoyed very good Indian food in the restaurant. You can see occasional cracks in the mortar (booth literally and figuratively) but for the price I paid I felt like it was a good place at a great price.
