My 1st experience was at the front desk where he told me that my reservation for a king bed was not available and I had to take a double bed room. He didn't apologize or anything. The outside door card reader was old and janky and needs to be replaced. Walked into the room and it had a smell. The door had cracks on the side and bottom that let in light and sounds. The wall in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet doesn't flush well. They do give you good shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit options and the pancakes tasted funny. The air conditioner worked well and the room stayed cool. The room overall was clean except need to pay more attention to the sweeping of the floor. If I was staying for pleasure on this trip I would have had my $ refunded and booked at another hotel.
