Nice, clean but small room. Wish they had a fridge to and provide bottled water, as well as had a nespresso machine in the room. Skip breakfast as it’s mostly pastries, bread and lunch meats/cheese.

Great hotel. Confused about the having to pay everything up front, even breakfast. One member of staff said it was fine to decide later, one member of staff was very rude to me when I hadnt. Room small but great. A kettle and some water would have been nice though... Overall the hotel was clean, all of the staff apart from one great and very accomodating and the breakfast very nice, comfy bed.

Modern, clean rooms - no door bolts/peep holes

The hotel was super clean and modern. Facilities felt new and all worked very well. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is great - far enough so you don't pay Old Town prices if you're there as a tourist, but extremely well connect so that you can be Marienplatz within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel. Just to be aware - I would not stay there as a solo traveler. There are no peepholes in the door, and no deadbolts/chains on the door. It's also impossible to tell from the inside if the door is actually locked. However the area and the hotel felt safe - I just personally wouldn't want stay there as a solo female traveler without these safety mechanisms. The room is quite small but this isn't uncommon in Europe and as it's all up to a great standard, no real complaints. However there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room which would have really made the room perfect. All in all I would recommend MotelOne, with the provisos above.

Nice clean hotel Breakfast till 11am on the weekend is a nice gesture too (but some warm dishes like omelette will be highly appreciated). Location a bit far for walking from city center but easy to get around with public transport or taxi.

Stayed just the night. Communal areas were great, bar service was decent. Breakfast was not great and way too packed to even find a seat. Does not cater for allergies based on my walk around. Rooms are very basic and bathrooms dated with plastic shower trays which I hate.

Very close to the OST Station, where there is a late closing grocery store. You can get anywhere in the City from the station. Nice room but the bed was not firm and sunk making sleep uncomfortable. Also the shower Temperature fluctuated too much.. from hot to cold to very hot to cold to very hot...

Das Hotel ist äußerst schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind gepflegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Restaurant sowie das Frühstücksbuffet sind zwar eher klein, überzeugen jedoch durch Qualität und liebevolle Auswahl. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr ansprechend. Insgesamt ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert – eine tolle Gelegenheit in zentraler Lage Münchens.
