I could not get into 1st room as door latch was engaged. Front desk person had to force the door open than asked if it was okay for me to stay in. I said no as door latch was not working and since it was forced open I did not feel safe. 2nd room had broken toilet set, no hot water in tub or sink, bathtub would not drain and unusable, no trashcan, and breakfast was no longer being offered. I booked this room and paid extra (room cost 69.30) for the stay to have breakfast. Breakfast is still advertised on site and I think I should get a refund (other place room cost 45.00) of 24.30 as this was not avaialbe. Also, Hotels.com should make Super8 Update website telling people breakfast no longer available, so people dont book expecting breakfast.
