Inside the room was mostly acceptable. The bathroom was very compact. There was very minimal room in the bathroom to dress. I have a special needs child, and the space in the bathroom was very challenging. The room's exterior (outside grounds) was very questionable for different reasons. At night, the local clientele or patrons were very loud with alcohol containers left in the parking lot. The following morning, there were bags of trash at the base of the stairs as though someone was evicted. The continental breakfast was not available within the advertised time for it. The continental breakfast area appeared to be a BYOB (bring your own breakfast). A staff member appeared to be trying to get the coffee dispenser to work. In frustration, the staff member gave up and walked away.

Room was dirty, woke up to roaches on the bed, staff was not friendly, and I felt unsafe the whole time. Music blasting at all hours, people yelling. Was in town for work and this place made work harder because of the lack of sleep I had. Not worth what I paid, needing a refund asap. Hands down the worst motel/hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would have given it a 0 star if I could.

Easy access from highway. Front office staff listens to concern. Take time to respond. They were able to give me a handicap room after one day. They need to make sure they have enough toilet paper. They need to comply with this health code for hotels everyday.
