Undergoing renovations, Extremely dirty and noisy!!! Besides that, cleaning lady was always rude. Front desk staff was mostly nice. To access the pool you have to cross the entire hotel through the basement and several construction areas.

O atendimento foi maravilhoso. Inclusive, o funcionário Paulo, da piscina é nota 10. Agora a cama é pessima. Ninguém dormiu direito de tão ruim. O blackout também é horrível. E faltou energia. Era programado e pra manutenção, mas só avisaram quando chegamos lá e não previamente. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Bem variado.
