This is a nice hotel, perfectly located within walking distance to all tourist traps. The hotel breakfast and spa was included in the price which was very nice. The only thing that could improve is the dinner restaurant TH@51 which has very high prices in relation to what kind of food they serve. They also include a mandatory service fee 12.5% which is basically a high tip.

It was my husbands 70th birthday. They made it special by upgrading the room, which was lovely and decorated the room on his big day.
The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
We hope to return and see the hotel after renovations are completed.

Everything was immaculate, you truly get what you pay for. The location is pristine, and the customer service was first class. Concierge were on hand from beginning to end. The breakfast was seamless, clean and fresh. No complaints only compliments, I haven’t been to a hotel in 12 years this was delightful.
