Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here.

The so-called continental breakfast did not include eggs, bacon, or sausages. Instead, the only options available were muffins, bread, peanut butter, jam, waffles, and yogurt. Additionally, the breakfast area was extremely small, making it impossible to sit and eat there. Guests were essentially forced to take their food back to their rooms. The rooms were generally cleaned, but certain areas were overlooked—for example, the space behind the bathroom door had not been cleaned. There was no body wash provided; only small bars of soap and several shampoo packets, which were very difficult to open. Additionally, although I booked the room for three guests, only two sets of towels were provided. I had to return to the reception desk to request an extra set.

The room was spacious and had a nice wood floor, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. We found dead spiders in the room, and basic amenities were missing—no shower gel, no hair dryer, and no coffee machine. The check-in experience was very uncomfortable due to a strong body odor from the staff, which made the interaction unpleasant. Even my son stepped away because of the smell. This was quite embarrassing and not something you expect from a hotel today. Check-out, however, was quick, in and out. The parking lot was large but felt somewhat disorganized. Outside the room, people were smoking (both cigarettes and marijuana), and the smell carried into the room, which was very unpleasant. There was also an overflowing cigarette disposal container right next to our door that had not been emptied. After a windy night, the cigarette waste was scattered around the area. Breakfast was another letdown. The coffee tasted like colored water, with no real flavor. The bananas were almost black on the first day, and we had to ask multiple times for yogurt and muffins to be refilled. The breakfast area was also too small and overcrowded. Overall, the property has potential, but cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience need significant improvement. We will stay away in the future.

Breakfast was terrible and no room to try and eat it. The room was ok but not enough towels or amenities. The security is terrible with the entry doors being open to anyone. The staff really didn't seem to care about anything. The online booking showed hot tubs which we did not have. the whole experience was very disappointing.

The biggest complaint was when we checked into the room there were obvious stains on the comforter on the bed. There was also a big stain on the chair in the room. This did detract from the stay as we were always wondering just how clean it was....

When we arrived, there was a note in the door that said to come back later. We visited for a little bit (not much to see at 8:00 pm). When we came back, the paper was still there. I knocked and the lady opened the door. She said I should’ve have rung the first time as she was just cleaning a room. How was I supposed to know? We found a sock under a chair and a bill under a bed, so it wasn’t well vacuumed. A hair was stuck to the knob of the bathroom door. Breakfast was white bread, frozen waffles, yogourt, old bananas and cereal. I understand it’s not high season but I would have expected a cleaner room and a better diversity for breakfast.

Got charged $20 night parking fee, but very hard to find a parking space since the snow removal was so poor. We stayed 2 nights. Also had a room up some steps, these were not cleared. I fell trying to get to my room due to the poor snow removal.
