This Hotel is MASSIVE. It has 42 restaurants. The garden is exquisite. Makes sure the things you are doing are in this area. Metro is super close and brings you anywhere you need to go.

Clean room with floor to ceiling windows with a great view. Staff was impeccably attentive and the hotel grounds were fantastic. Location in my opinion was prime with subway station a one minute walk out of the property to reach anywhere in Tokyo. It was a great stay.

The Hotel has some good views especially from the Garden Restaurant, tower Restaurant. Room in New Otani is old, organization and design of is very old fashion, missing hanger in bathroom, not enough space for baggages etc. Service people in Restaurant are friendly but not good education for serving. Reception and Concierge could be more helpful, very complicated in behavior. Room Service and house keeping very good, and support for luggage transport vwry good.

I always look forward to coming back to this hotel, the grounds are beautiful, the public areas are spacious, and there are lots of eating spots in the hotel, and good connections nearby. The rooms have been updated relatively recently, and are lovely and clean. There are staff absolutely everywhere so you can always get help with whatever you need. Very happy!
