The hotel is at the heart of Merida, you can walk everywhere and find food food. The rooms are fine, you have everything to rest. I got a room with the windows facing to the street and it was noisy but it didn’t bother me.

We got a great price for the area. The room is basic and it was enough for our stay. We just went there to sleep one night. I didn’t give a 5 stars because after a strong storm before we arrived, the room had a leak from the ceiling and the shower was missing a door/curtain making a wet mess outside after taking a shower. Other than that AC worked, TV worked and locations was perfect. The parking 8pm to 8 am voucher worked nice we only paid about 70 pesos for the night

Very clean and great location at an affordable rate. The only downside is parking is only included for 22 hours a day which makes no sense. If you have a car I ado not recommend. They did tell me at check in but a discount of parking is better than none.

2/10 Poor

I booked this property trusting the images but once arrived property and rooms are in poor conditions. Bathrooms smell and rooms do not have windows giving you the feeling you are in box. Parking is across the street and is open only from 7am to 12pm. Since the parking is public you have to pay $20 pesos x hour out of your allowance or included in your rate only from 8pm to 8am. Location is convenient, right in Merida downtown.

6/10 Good

No me volvería a hospedar acá.
