The staff was courteous. This hotel option was more expensive than other, equally good hotels, but with no included breakfast for guests. Overall, the room was very clean (a little too dark for me—I had a hard time seeing what was in my suitcase at night). It needed more sources of light in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. And I felt very safe while there. But I could have received more and paid much less at a nearby hotel.
